The cleaning pen is not as described in the picture. It also does not come with an attached cap converter. If you do not glue your own string on you have to pray that it does not get lost. Maybe you buy two and glue the cap to one and use for male ends and throw the cap away on the other for female ends. You could even tape the two together then.

I've bought several of these from different vendors I'm not sure which one this is. The click pens are easy and convenient but the last few I've bought don't have the satisfying "cajunk." Better, worse, I don't know. I will still give it five stars for ease of use and not being 99% iso and swab.
The FlucLight cleaning pen is a great value tool. Cleaning all fiber connectors before patching is inexpensive insurance against difficult to troubleshoot signal loss due to dust. This is a nice pen and much cheaper than some alternatives. The only issue I've had is that the cap does not have a small lanyard, like our AFL cleaners do, so you need to be careful not to lose it while switching between plug and socket connectors.
